  • We look for a credit score of 650 or higher and a gross income of 3x the market rent.

  • Yes, there is a $30 application fee per person over 18 years old.

  • The applicant is chosen based off of rental history, job security, income, credit, and financial stability.

  • Yes, all payments can be made online through your tenant portal.

  • Yes, we accept section 8 as a form of income

  • We strongly encourage all applicants to view the property in person.

  • Each property is different based on the owner’s preference. ESA pets and Service pets are always allowed with proper paperwork. An additonal deposit or pet rent may be charged for a non-ESA or Service pet.

  • The security deposit, disposition letter, and an invoices that have been charged will be mailed to your forwarding address within 21 days.
